If you are under 18, you must not use this service. We support responsible gambling and operate in compliance with UK regulations.

EdgeProfit is a profit tracking tool. It is not a gambling operator, bookmaker, or betting exchange. We do not offer gambling services, accept bets, or hold any gambling licence.

Our service helps users record, analyse, and track profits from matched betting and casino bonus activity. All actual betting activity takes place directly with licensed bookmakers and exchanges, not through EdgeProfit.

• You are solely responsible for all betting and gambling activity conducted through bookmakers and exchanges. EdgeProfit has no involvement in or control over your accounts with third-party betting operators.
• You are responsible for ensuring that matched betting and bonus harvesting complies with the terms and conditions of each bookmaker whose offers you use.
• You acknowledge that bookmakers may restrict or close accounts at their sole discretion. EdgeProfit accepts no liability for account restrictions or closures.
• You must not use EdgeProfit for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• You must not share your account with others or attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions.

Some links to bookmakers and betting operators displayed on EdgeProfit ("Go to Offer" links) may be affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you register or deposit with a bookmaker through one of these links.

This commission does not affect the price you pay or the quality of the offer. Offers are ranked objectively by expected value, not by commission rate. We only list offers we believe to be genuinely beneficial for matched bettors.

Matched betting and casino bonus activity involve financial risk. While matched betting is designed to reduce variance, you may still incur losses. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

EdgeProfit may offer paid subscription plans. Subscription details, pricing, and features are described on the pricing page or within the app.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with EdgeProfit within 14 days of your first payment, contact us at support@edgeprofit.co.uk for a full refund.

Refunds are not available after 14 days, or for partial months. In exceptional circumstances we may issue a discretionary refund at our sole discretion.

All content, branding, software, and functionality within EdgeProfit is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeProfit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to gambling losses, bookmaker account restrictions, or data loss.

Our total liability to you in any calendar year shall not exceed the amount you paid us during that year.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of EdgeProfit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
