1. Who We Are

EdgeProfit ("we", "us", "our") is a profit tracking tool designed to help users in the United Kingdom track matched betting and casino bonus activity. We operate the website and mobile app available at edgeprofit.co.uk.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: your email address when you register or sign in with Google.
  • Profit entries: bets, stakes, profits, and notes you manually enter into the tracker.
  • Offer status: whether you have marked a bookmaker offer as pending, completed, or skipped.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and error logs for product improvement (only if you accept analytics cookies).
  • Device data: browser type, operating system, and approximate location (country) for security purposes.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Any subscription payments are processed by Stripe, who have their own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and maintain your account and profit tracking dashboard.
  • To send you account-related emails (e.g. email confirmation, password reset).
  • To improve the service based on aggregated, anonymised usage data.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Account data: retained for as long as you have an active account, plus 30 days after deletion to allow for recovery requests.
  • Profit entries and offer status: deleted immediately when you request account deletion or delete individual entries.
  • Security logs: retained for up to 90 days, then automatically purged.

5. Your GDPR Rights

Under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: you can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to deletion: you can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile page, or by emailing us.
  • Right to export: you can export your profit tracker data as a CSV from the Tracker page at any time.
  • Right to rectification: you can edit or delete any profit entries you have added.
  • Right to restrict processing: you may request we restrict how we use your data while a complaint is being investigated.
  • Right to object: you may object to processing of your data based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, contact support@edgeprofit.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: required for authentication (Supabase session cookies) and security. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies (optional): used to understand how the app is used. Only set if you click "Accept All" on the cookie banner.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time from the Profile page under Cookie Settings.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — user authentication and database storage. Data is hosted on EU servers. Supabase Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe — subscription payment processing. We never see your full card details. Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • The Odds API — live sports odds. No personal data is shared with this service.
  • Vercel — application hosting. Vercel Privacy Policy.
